Service Managers’ Meeting
Focus on customer support, inventory management, and warranty issues.
April 8, 2009—Cleveland, OH—Concentrating on key issues of a challenging marketplace, the service managers from all 30 ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. branches gathered February 20, 2009, at ALL headquarters for their annual meeting. The service managers of the industry’s premier crane rental and equipment company heard presentations from various company divisions as well as from major suppliers. The yearly meeting provides a forum for important company issues and cements the ALL Family of Companies’ identity, partnership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
This year’s meeting focused on customer service and support, inventory management, warranty issues, and updates as they relate to U.S. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards. The managers also heard presentations from major crane manufacturers and a major engine manufacturer.
